Working with you
we will capture, assess, and identify key lift factors. We focus first
on those factors that will give you immediate lift, and begin the rollout
of ideas to the people on your team.
Your unique selling, coaching or sales support methodology will be documented
in a series of playbooks which make it possible to share best processes
and practices, and to measure their utilization.
Version 1.1 of your playbooks are built for selected functions within
your sales organization. As best processes and practices are identified,
they are incorporated into your evolving sales, coaching and support
system.
In addition to your custom web-based presentations, participants will
have access to Efficient Marketing's Effective Selling on-line tutorials.
We will collaborate with you to determine the appropriate facilitation
and coaching sessions that will be required to meet your objectives.
Knowledge gained in these sessions is used to develop version 1.2 of
your playbook and customized presentations and tutorials are created.
After reaching an agreement, we enter into a license. The license allows
you to utilize the Efficient Marketing methodologies, our knowledge,
technology, etc.
